About us

Founded in 2008, our firm initially focused on constructing schools in collaboration with UNICEF, KGC, and ADRA. We have provided numerous civil supplies to international NGOs, including ATCED, Relief International, Diakonie, Help Foundation, SPO, NRC, and ACF International. Our response efforts commenced following the earthquake in 2005.

During the floods in Pakistan in 2011-14, we successfully provided over 5,000 food kits per day (a total of 51,000) to areas affected by the disaster in collaboration with the NDMA. We also supplied mosquito nets to the PDMA Sindh for rain- and flood-affected regions. Additionally, we supplied Hygiene, Food Kits, Jerry cans irrigation channels, latrine and drainage materials, and other construction supplies to renowned NGOs such as ACTED, Islamic Relief, GIZ, IRC, SDF and Solidar.

Collaborated with significant clients including UNHCR, IOM, Concern Worldwide, Plan International, Solidar, World Vision, and PRCS. Supplied and distributed school uniform suits to 103 schools throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, for UNHCR. Delivered pallets, hygiene supplies, kitchen equipment, sewing materials, first aid kits, tarpaulins, fertilizers, plastic mats, and more to these organizations.

The years 2019-2020 were a significant milestone for Zeb & Company, as it achieved over a billion in sales for the first time since its inception. During this period, the company entered into multiple long-term agreements (2-3 years) and annual contracts. Notable contracts included partnerships with PDMA KP for tents and NFIS, NDMA for medical supplies and PPE, and KSrelief for food kits. Additionally, long-term agreements were established with organizations like UNICEF, UNFPA, OXFAM, The Indus Hospital Network, Mercy Corps, NHMP, and PDMA Punjab. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic response, PPE was supplied to various clients, including NGOs and government entities.

In the years 2022-2023, the business faced new challenges in the post-COVID-19 landscape, particularly when Pakistan was hit by another flood in 2022. During this time, Zeb & Company supplied essential items such as hygiene kits, shelter kits, and mosquito repellents to organizations like OXFAM, CRS, and UNHCR.

Looking ahead to 2024, Zeb & Company collaborated with one of its major clients, UNDP, providing a range of hygiene kits and toolkits, including livelihood, embroidery, tailoring, and plumbing kits.

With over 15 years of diversified experience, we have successfully secured long-term agreements with various clients for a range of items. These include prequalification for NDMA regarding tents and blankets (2 and 3 ply), prequalification with Concern Worldwide for tents, canvas, non-food items (NFIs), and solar systems, SPO for general order supplies as well as ACT International for the years 2025-2027. Additionally, we have been prequalified by PDMA Punjab for tents, food hampers, and NFIs, which encompass blankets, quilts, sleeping bags, hygiene kits, jerry cans, kitchen sets, life jackets, rings, mosquito nets, and plastic mats.
